POWER can manifest in many ways, decide how you want to own it:
1. Mental Power
→ Clarity / Focus / Mindset / Knowledge
2. Emotional Power
→ Self-Control / Self-Worth / Courage / Compassion
3. Physical Power
→ Strength / Confidence / Endurance / Resilience
4. Creative Power
→ Expression / Innovation / Freedom / Authenticity
5. Leadership
→ Presence / Inspiration / Integrity / Decision-Making
6. Spiritual Power
→ Alignment / Inner Peace / Energy / Protection
How to write an affirmation based on your chosen word:
1. Define What the Word Means to You
Ask yourself: What does Power mean to me?
Does it relate to strength, control, confidence, presence, resilience, expression?
Is it more about internal power (mental, emotional, spiritual) or external power (physical, creative, leadership)?
2. Identify the Gap or Challenge
What is missing in your life that this word can help you embody? What limiting beliefs or fears do you need to shift?
3. Reframe with an Affirmation Statement
Turn your insight into a present, active, and empowering statement.
Start with words that feel expansive and certain e.g., I am.
4. Make It Emotional & Personal
How do you want to feel when you say this affirmation? Add a feeling or intention to strengthen it.
5. Test It & Adjust
Say it aloud. Does it resonate?
If it feels forced or inauthentic, tweak it until it feels natural and it feels like it gives you extra strength to take the action.
Example
I am strong, resilient, and confident
I am clear, focused, and open to the knowledge that strengthens my mind
I express myself freely and authentically, trusting in my creative power
I am power
